Be Careful
Sitting down for long periods of time is bad for your health, even if you exercise daily and sit too much you are at risk. Due to these potential risks of prolonged sitting, a remedy to the "sitting disease" would be standing more.
Standing increase our energy, helps with concentration, burns more calories, improve posture, increase metabolism and blood flow and facilitates.
