PROTECT YOUR BONES AND JOINTS
Physical activity for healthy joints
Walking and swimming are very good workouts for improving the posture. Good posture protects your joints all the way from your neck down to your knees. The faster you walk, the harder your muscles work to keep you upright. Swimming and water aerobics exercises are well-known for reducing the pressure of your body from the joints while you are in the water.
